This Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) Workgroup training summarizes major points of the US Geological Survey document User's Guide for Polyethylene-Based Passive Diffusion Bag Samplers to Obtain Volatile Organic Compound Concentrations in Wells (Vroblesky, D.A., 2001: Part 1 (3.5Mb); Part 2 (5.4Mb)), developed in cooperation with ITRC's Diffusion Sampler Team, and discusses the technical and regulatory considerations associated with deployment of PDB samplers.
