Technology+ Transfer
The Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), through its Technology Transfer Program offers an information avenue to help its customers traverse the myriad of choices for applying existing and innovative technologies in the fields of environmental restoration, pollution prevention, military munitions response program (MMRP), and compliance. In this capacity, the AFCEE Technology Transfer Program identifies environmental requirements, demonstrates technologies across the Air Force, and educates others in the technology performance (i.e., cost and operation) determined during demonstrations and use of protocols and tools. The Technology Transfer Program currently resides in the Restoration Branch of the Technical Division (TD). As such, the Program compliments the mission of the TD which is to support the US Air Force by providing planning, design, environmental consultation, and technical services.
This web site provides an in-depth look into the history, technology evaluation process, and future focus of the Technology Transfer Program.
