| ERPTools X Registration Process |
Use of the ERPTools X software requires customers outside of the .mil domain to purchase an External Certificate Authority to facilitate the electronic submission of ERPIMS deliverables. The ECA is a security measure that will allow your designated personnel to enter the AFCEE secure data repository. Once an ECA has been purchased, the data submitter is also required to request an ERPIMS user-id and password.

Once you have obtained an ECA, you will need to register with AFCEE for use of the ERPIMS software.
You will be required to provide the following information:

This information will be processed by the ERPIMS Help Desk to request approval to connect to the Air Force Network.
You will also be required to complete a System Authorization Access Request Form (Items 1-12 and list the installations you have active contracts for in item 27), Acceptable Rules of Behavior, and Federal Information Systems Security Awareness.
The completed SAAR, signed statement, and IAAT certificate may be e-mailed to the ERPIMS Help Desk.
You will receive notification including account information and guidance for obtaining the client tool and use of the application when all forms have been processed by AFCEE.
