Services
The Portfolio and Asset Management team provides Initial and Sustainment Services designed to facilitate the Portfolio and Asset Management processes enhance the stakeholder's ability to manage assets and build stakeholder's understanding of Program resources.

Initial Services
Initial Services consist of on-going training and workshops and one-time visits, reports, and tools designed to enhance stakeholder's understanding of individual Projects and the Program and educate Installation command and housing staff on activities, roles and responsibilities. Resources include the modification of general tools to Project-specific needs, as well as services designed to assist Installation staff in transitioning to privatized housing. Initial Services are available to Installation and MAJCOM staff from the time the Selected Offeror is notified through approximately 90 days following Transaction Closing. Sustainment Services
Sustainment Services include regular reports and analysis, site assessments and administrative tools designed to facilitate and enhance the portfolio and asset-level stakeholder's ability to effectively manage the assets and address associated Project risks. Sustainment Services are available to the Asset and Portfolio Management staff following Transaction Closing and continue until the end of the Project.
