Overview & Welcome
The purpose of the Asset Manager's Toolbox is to provide Asset Managers and other stakeholders with useful information about the Air Force Housing Privatization Asset and Portfolio Management Program. This information is organized into 13 key topics that each has a web page in the toolbox. Each toolbox topic web page contains a narrative definition of the topic explaining how it relates to the achievement of program goals and objectives, identifies roles and responsibilities, and describes the processes and metrics used to assess the performance of each oversight topic.
Additionally, each toolbox page provides links to specific tips, tools, and training resources related to the topic. Our goal is to provide relevant, easy to use information that will enable Asset Managers to perform their oversight function and achieve the program's objectives successfully and efficiently.
