The Chemistry program under the Restoration Branch (AFCEE/TDV), provides guidance and management of chemistry services and quality systems. The Chemistry Team acts as the single point of contact for chemistry-related work to provide tools, resources, technical expertise, and techniques to the Air Force community, its partners, and clients.

Our Mission
"To promote the implementation of good chemistry practices and quality systems that facilitate and enhance project planning in the acquisition of quality data for sound decision making in Air Force projects."

Our Web Site
  • Provides environmental professionals and the general public with a basic understanding of AFCEE/TDV Chemistry's role and service offerings for environmental projects
  • Presents Air Force project/program managers and contractors with the chemistry-related guidance, tools, and resources to ensure they generate sufficient and defensible data throughout the entire lifecycle of their project or program
  • Serves as a channel for Air Force leadership to share technical data, information, and strategies to protect, preserve, restore, develop, and sustain our nation's environmental installation resources while upholding the AFCEE mission
Where Does Chemistry Fit Within AFCEE/TDV?
As shown below, Chemistry is one of the technical teams under AFCEE/TDV that provides technical support in areas related to environmental restoration, pollution prevention, environmental planning, design and construction management, and comprehensive planning and design.
