Our Mission
The Operations Support (OS) Division is primarily responsible for ensuring that the AFCEE divisions and Regional Environmental Offices have the resources and support necessary to accomplish their portions of the AFCEE mission. Computer Systems Support (OSP)
The Computer Systems Support Branch (AFCEE/OSP) is comprised of two teams, the Information Technology Team and the Systems Support Team, which provides IT support for all AFCEE personnel including users at the Regional Offices (ROs) and the Massachusetts Military Reserve (MMR). IT support includes acquiring software and hardware, managing AFCEE's ADPE inventory, certifying and maintaining AFCEE legacy systems, maintaining system servers, providing Help Desk support for configuring, installing, maintaining desktops/laptops, and troubleshooting problems associated with both hardware and software. The AFCEE Webmaster assigned to OSP is responsible for developing web pages and web applications, and maintaining AFCEE's public and private websites. The Telephone Control Officer assigned to OSS is responsible for coordinating with the base regarding telephone service and with DISA on telecommunication requests for the ROs and MMR.
Human Resources (OSP)
The branch is responsible for civilian personnel, civilian training, facilities management and logistical support for AFCEE. They prepare and maintain the AFCEE Unit Manning Document and out-year manpower programming and are the OPR for tracking vacancies, fills, and related personnel actions. They are also responsible for manpower planning, reporting, and analysis.
