The organizational chart below depicts the hierarchy of AFCEE's Capital Investment Management (CM) Division. The CM Division is composed of five branches which manage the MILCON projects associated with the MAJCOMs and DRUs listed in the boxes below them. The West, Central, and East branches are located with AFCEE at Lackland AFB. The Atlantic branch is located at Ramstein AB, Germany, and the Pacific branch is located at Hickam AFB, HI.
