Design/Construction Execution Agents
USACE & NAVFAC - The US Army Corps of Engineers and the Naval Facilities Engineering Command act as Design and Construction Execution Agents for a majority of Air Force MILCON projects.
AFCEE/EX - AFCEE's Capital Investment Execution (EX) Division acts as the execution agent for up to 5% of Air Force MILCON projects.
