MILCON Program Management Office
AFCEE's CM Division houses the Air Force Military Construction (MILCON) Program Management Office (PMO). The MILCON PMO manages all capital investment work for military construction projects, including design and construction. The CM Division is located with AFCEE at Lackland AFB.
Note that the CM division does not manage MILCON projects in contingency areas. These projects are managed by AFCEE's Contingency Construction (CX) Division.
Regional Management Offices
AFCEE's CM division also contains the Atlantic and Pacific Regional Management Offices (RMOs), which manage the Air Force MILCON programs in their region. The Atlantic RMO is located at Ramstein Air Base, Germany and RAF Waterbeach, United Kingdom, while the Pacific RMO is located at Hickam AFB, Hawaii.
